Nevillewood Country Club Wellness Center

This project was small, but intricately detailed. The additions had to match and mimic the existing building it abutted. The proximity of the inspection required the workmanship to be precise. A multi-layered team approach, and a close working relationship with the customer, resulted in a highly satisfactory completed project.

It included a new Pool Concession Building as well as a new Wellness Center.  The masonry scope included the block foundation work, a tumbled queen size brick façade with a grapevine joint throughout to match the existing building, cast stone windowsills and coping, herringbone accents throughout, 16” corbelling and recessed brick corners. 

• Pool Concession – Brick radius wall, herringbone pattern brick accents, grapevine joints, Cast Stone Sills and Pier Caps
• Radius Parapet – Decorative Radius Parapet with Cast Stone coping.
• Fan Exhaust Room – Decorative 16” corbelling build around exhaust fan from kitchen
• Wellness Center – Block Foundation and Elevator shaft, Brick recessed coursing every 2’ and corbelling on last 16”, cast stone coping and sills.
